Run an IP blacklist check after provisioning a VPS and record the timestamp, address, ASN and sources. This separates the delivery state from later business changes and gives support a concrete starting point.

A hit on one DNS blocklist does not mean every platform will reject the address. Inspect the source, reason and refresh time, then compare the result with actual mail, advertising or application feedback.

Do not rotate addresses without records. A report, timeline and target error are more useful than saying that an IP feels bad.
